H2 Norr AB: Company Overview
Established in 2022, H2 Norr AB is an innovative developer and operator of hydrogen infrastructure, strategically positioned in the northern regions of Sweden. The company was founded through a collaborative initiative between Zelk Energy AB (publ) and Skoogs Handel AB. Professional operators and investors, Doral Hydrogen Europe and Fountain Fuel are in the process of entering into a potential JV with the initial founders.

H2 Norr AB is dedicated to advancing the hydrogen economy by establishing a comprehensive network of hydrogen refueling stations (HRS) complemented by decentralized hydrogen generation systems (HGS).
Objective and Strategic Focus
H2 Norr AB is committed to facilitating the green transition in the North of Sweden by replacing traditional diesel-based mobility solutions with hydrogen fuel technologies, particularly within the heavy transport sector. The company primarily serves logistics firms and haulers operating in the mining and forestry industries, which are pivotal to the regional economy.
Partners

Zelk Energy AB (publ) develops and owns hydrogen assets in the North of Sweden. Zelk specializes in bringing projects from greenfield to commercial start.

Skoogs Handels AB operates more than 200 fossil fuel stations in the North of Sweden and is interested in transitioning to sustainable energy fuels and sources.

Fountain Fuel is developing a network of zero-emission hydrogen fueling stations at strategic locations throughout the Netherlands and the Nordics.

Doral Hydrogen Europe focuses on green hydrogen production and distribution across Europe.
